Vacancy for Administration and Finance Officer

The Water, Sanitation and Hygiene-Resource Centre Network Nepal (WASH-RCNN) is a network of organizations involved in the WASH sector. It has been facilitating sharing of information and promoting its use to improve the performance of the sector as a whole.

It is seeking to recruit full-time Administration and Finance Officer (1) to support the activities of the network as a whole and assist in implementing the project on ‘Communication and Knowledge Management Initiatives of Nepal WASH Alliance’ in particular.

The candidate should have good coordination skill and should be able to maintain day to day financial transactions of all WASH-RCNN projects. Qualification and Competence
A strong background and proven track record in administration and financial stuff is essential. S/he should have completed Masters Degree in Business Studies or equivalent with at least two years of relevant experiences at junior officer level. S/he should have good knowledge of MS-Office package and should have English and Nepali typing skill. S/he should also possess knowledge of Government of Nepal's Tax, VAT policies and procedure. Experience in the NGO sector would be an advantage. Candidates convergent with accounting software (FAMAS) will be given preference.
